This June and July, Gotham invites guests to experience a menu inspired by the energy of the World Cup, celebrated right here in Vancouver.
As the city welcomes visitors from across the globe, our lounge and patio become a place to gather, connect, and indulge. In step with this international moment, our culinary team has created a seasonal lounge menu that brings together global flavours and the best of British Columbia’s ingredients.
The result is a menu that’s both worldly and distinctly local.
Highlights include vibrant, globally inspired dishes such as Prawn and Red Snapper Ceviche with mango vinaigrette, Harissa-Roasted Summer Cauliflower with pistachio and pomegranate, and a refreshing Mediterranean Salad with compressed watermelon, feta, and Spanish olives. Closer to home, the menu showcases local character with dishes like Pickled BC Herring with apple consommé and Fresh BC Tomato Bread with garlic confit and cold-pressed olive oil.
For those seeking something more hearty, the Gotham Cheesesteak with Canada Prime striploin, the Canadian Burger with Quebec blue cheese, and our ever-popular Seymour Street Fried Chicken are delicious choices.
This limited-time menu is available in the lounge and on the patio from June 1.
